Owner Matt Courtney started Summit Homebuilders on a simple idea: the best homes are built by people who care more about their reputation than the next sale. Two decades later, that's still what gets us out of bed.
We're a small shop on purpose. Every project gets the owner's attention, hand-selected craftspeople, transparent pricing from day one, and a stress-free design process built around how you actually live.

We start with a floorplan that fits how your family actually lives, then refine it together. Every choice is yours; we bring decades of experience to make those choices easier.

Design Proposal
You get a detailed scope and a real number — itemized, transparent, and built to hold. No vague allowances or surprise change orders down the line.

Contract & Build
We sign, we break ground, and we keep you in the loop the entire way. The same people who designed your home are the ones building it.

There is no catalog to pick from. Because your new home should be tailored specifically to you, every Summit home starts with a plan that reflects your lifestyle and needs, then gets personalized down to the last finish.
We start by asking the questions a stock plan never does:
- Do you want a room for your favorite hobbies or crafts?
- Do you like morning sun in your kitchen?
- Do you work out of your home?
- Will you need wider doorways for someone with special needs, now or in the future?
