Designing your new home should be fun and stress free. Our in-house design team will create a unique home design that reflects your individual desires and needs. We start by learning about your family, hobbies and interests. This means we will ask you questions like do you want a room for your favorite hobbies or crafts, do you like the morning sun in your kitchen, do you work out of your home, or will you need wider door openings to accommodate someone with special needs now or in the future.

Then we create a new home plan that does much more than comply with how many bedrooms you need.  A well designed home will live differently than an existing home built without a specific family in mind. We will adjust the dining room size to fit your family for holiday gatherings. We will look at room sizes and shapes to see how your furniture will fit.  We will build lockers for each member of your family to store their shoes coats and hats as they walk in the house.

Once we complete your floor plans we will design a front elevation that is one of a kind.   Whether you like a traditional brick or a craftsman style home, together we will design a home that has great curb appeal and does not look like every other home in the neighborhood.
